Helping Thousands of Families Remain Housed

In each of the past three years, BCM Georgia has served nearly 1,000 clients and their families, directly helping families remain in their homes, keep their children in the same schools, secure and retain employment, and avoid homelessness.

Meanwhile, our financial education programs have helped more than 130 low-income families reduce their debt by approximately $1,300,000 and develop the tools they need to achieve lasting financial and generational stability.

Our work with hardworking but vulnerable neighbors serves to keep people in their homes and avoid eviction. Low-income families continue to struggle with rising costs for housing, utilities, and food.

Nearly all of BCM Georgia’s clients are putting more than 50% of their monthly income toward housing. One blip in their work routines can wreak havoc on a family’s security.

Support That Makes a Difference

Throughout BCM’s history, countless individuals, families, foundations, and businesses have generously supported our work, bringing hope to families who are facing eviction and helping them get back on their feet.

A recent $14.4M grant from ARPA has allowed us to do even more to support families on the brink of homelessness. However, the recent discussion around these types of grants has made it uncertain how long we can count on these funds continuing.

Now, more than ever, we are reliant upon the generosity of individual donors, families, church partners, corporations, and foundations. Your continued commitment to BCM’s important work will ensure vulnerable families in our communities have a home and the opportunity to thrive.
